Refunds

  • Processed within 7 working days after inspection
  • Paid via bank transfer or mobile wallet
  • Delivery charges and COD fees are non-refundable
  • Delivery charge for the return will be deducted from the original amount

Exchanges

  • Allowed for stock-available color or item replacements
  • Must be requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Delivery charge for the exchange will be paid by the customer
