Return Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (color/size mismatch), you may request a return.

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Returns are not accepted for “change of mind”
  • A clear unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory
  • If unboxed in presence of the delivery man, it may be returned instantly

Return Process

  1. Send the unboxing/unpacking video via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp
  2. Provide the mobile number used during order
  3. Our team will validate and assist with return arrangements
